I am aware OffxScript exists and I love her work, but note that I am in no way copying her or her art or anything, just sharing a name that I thought of before I knew who she was. I will not change my name, we are 2 separate entities

When commissioning the artist, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms of service.

The artist holds the right to decline any requests or any patrons.

The client shall provide any necessary reference materials, such as photographs or sketches, for the artist to use in creating the Artwork.

Note: the artist is human as well and thus the art style will not always be consistent and may fluctuate.

This is a side hobby of the artist. Artwork may not be finished instantaneously as the artist is a student who also has responsibilities to attend to. The artist asks that you be patient and understanding, however, all art will be completed within 2-3 weeks of the request.

Please credit the artist when you use or publish their art anywhere. And please note that the artist holds the original copyright and ownership of the artwork unless otherwise discuss(redistributing, reproducing, advertising, etc)

Payment methods include Cashapp and nitro gifting, other methods of payment may be discussed.

Note that 50% of the payment deposit Is to be paid upfront and the other 50% will be paid after the final sketch. However, commissions under $15 must be paid in full

IMPORTANT: No refunds once the sketching phase has started

Big changes can be requested during the sketching phase, minor changes can be made during the clean sketch phase, and no changes can be made during the coloring phase.

There will be 3 updates throughout the process: during the sketching phase, during the clean sketch phase, and at the beginning of the coloring phase.
